UK Shipping
For all Candle and Diffuser orders, we offer Royal Mail Standard Shipping and DPD Next Working day.
For all MatchPott orders we use Yodel 2 Day service.
Standard Shipping: we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.
During busier periods it may take longer, up to 5 working days to dispatch. but this is very rare.
Standard postage and packaging fee is £4.50.
Items are sent via Royal Mail. You will be notified of all your tracking info so you have access to this.
Express Shipping: If your order is placed before 2pm your order will be dispatched on the same day.
Express postage and packaging fee is £7
Items are sent via DPD Next Day Service. You will be notified of all your tracking info so you have access to this.
International Shipping
EEA Shipping: Items will be delivered between 3-17 business days.
Postage and packaging fee is £20.
USA & Canada: Items will be delivered between 3-17 business days.
Postage and packaging fee is £30.
Australia: Items will be delivered between 3-17 business days.
Postage and packaging fee is $60 AUD
Pre-Orders
When your order contains any item that is on pre-order, the entirety of your order will be dispatched when the item(s) on pre-order are available.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@pottcandles.com and we will do our best to help.
We will accept the return of an unused product within 14 of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Please include your order number in the box so that we can identify your parcel.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Please provide receipt of purchase.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund, or will be subject to reduction at 50% of the original price.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Seconds items are not eligible for refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or misdescribed.
