Every Pott is handmade by an independent potter here in the UK, then glazed by hand, so no two are ever quite the same.
It takes weeks to make one. It stays with you for years.
The refill is the only part you replace
Light it
Your Starter Pack arrives with the Pott, a candle refill and a MatchPott.
Lift out the old one
When the wax runs out, put your Pott in warm water and lift out the old wax disc.
Simply drop in a new refill
It takes about a minute. The same scent again, or whatever you fancy next...

Not sure which scent they’d like?
It needn’t be perfect. The Pott is the part they keep, and once the first candle has finished they can pop in a candle refill in whichever scent they fancy.
Can I add a gift bag or a message?
Yes. The illustrated Christmas gift bag is £4.50 in the large size, which fits the Standard Starter Pack. You can write a gift note in your basket before checkout.
How long does a candle refill last?
A Standard candle refill burns for around 60 hours. Petite refills burn for around 20 and Grand for around 70.
Will the refills fit my Pott?
Yes. Pott candle refills are custom made to fit our refillable candle Potts. Just pick the same size as your Pott.
Can I change scent each time?
Yes. Any scent in your size fits the same Pott, so you can keep your favourite or try whatever you fancy next.
How do I get the old wax out?
Stand your Pott in warm water for about a minute. The old wax disc loosens and lifts out, and the new refill drops straight in.
What is the candle made of?
Rapeseed and coconut wax, poured in the UK, with essential oils and sustainable fragrance oils.
Which colour Pott comes with which scent?
Each Christmas scent has its own glaze: Noël comes in the Holly or Gingham Pott, Starlight in Icicle, and Fir in Holly.
